Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Manager, Regional Training Partner-Field Based for New Jersey. The role leads learning processes, validates training environments, and coaches TGMs/TOPs to ensure brand standards across markets.

NJ-based candidates preferred, with extensive travel to cafes. The RTP analyzes learning execution, partners with regional leaders, and certifies training environments while driving continuous improvement and a culture of development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent development or training experience at a TGM or multi-unit level.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• High energy, flexible, and able to travel.
• Highly collaborative with diverse groups across organization.
• Experience implementing processes and programs from introduction to realization.
• Excellent execution and follow-up skills.
• Experience presenting to groups and developing business strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and quality of high-performing certified training environments and TGMs/TOPs.
• Validate field training infrastructure and ensure roles are executed as designed.
• Partner with DROs and RVP to address gaps in execution.
• Conduct visits to assess training integrity and diagnose solutions.
• Approve new training environments and recertify/decertify as appropriate.
• Monitor market training execution and share insights with GMs and DROs.
• Share feedback and trends with Sr. Manager, Divisional Training Partners for visibility and analysis.
