Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Manager, Regional Training Partner to oversee certified training environments across the NJ region. The role requires leadership over learning programs, coaching TGMs/TOPs, and ensuring program integrity with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate must be based in NJ with 75% travel, including overnight trips. Strong presentation and communication skills, plus independent decision-making, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years talent development or training experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience as a Talent Development or Operations manager at a TGM or multi-unit level.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• High travel readiness, including overnight/out-of-state travel.
• Collaborative spirit with diverse groups across org.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and quality of certified training environments and TGMs/TOPs.
• Coach TGMs/TOPs and onboard new TGMs/TOPs with guided support.
• Validate field training infrastructure is in place and executing as designed.
• Evaluate and sign off on new training environments proposed by DRO and approved by RVP.
• Monitor market training execution; share insights with GMs and DROs.
• Ensure key initiatives training is executed as designed.
