Job summary

Trane Technologies in New Jersey is seeking an Area Contracting Manager to run the contracting fulfillment for the NJ area. You will lead a team of project managers and technicians, manage the end-to-end contracting process, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in facilities or HVAC systems preferred.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contracting profitability for the New Jersey area of the GNE region.
• Supervise contracting personnel and ensure customer service goals are met.
• Coach and mentor local project managers and field technicians.
• Oversee administrative, implementation, and management of contracting fulfillment processes.
• Forecast revenue and manage projects within time and cost estimates.
