Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
• College/Business Unit: Enrollment Management; Department: National Institute of Student Success.
• Location: Atlanta Campus; Shift: M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of NISS partnerships in delivering high-touch services and programs.
• Coordinate coaching services, cohort management, and partner institution engagement.
• Provide ongoing, personalized attention and customized implementation assistance.
• Develop and conduct seminars and workshops for program participants and partner institutions.
• Coordinate diagnostic playbook customization and assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain NISS program files and prepare reports on partner learning and program outcomes.
• Deliver in-person and virtual learning modules; work with experts to develop curricula.
