Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN from ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered GA RN license or eligibility.
• Experience in nursing education or student success coaching preferred.
• Familiarity with NCLEX-RN prep programs and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic coaching and early intervention for BSN students.
• Coordinate remediation and monitor student progression against program benchmarks.
• Deliver structured remediation, exams prep, and study sessions for NCLEX readiness.
• Manage data on coaching interactions and outcomes for CQI.
• Support orientation, retention, and graduation initiatives within the School of Nursing.
