Job summary

Quinnipiac University seeks an Associate Athletic Director of NIL Strategy to lead a comprehensive NIL program, aligning with Athletics goals and NCAA guidelines.

This role collaborates with student-athletes, coaches, advancement, and external partners to build strategic partnerships, maximize opportunities, and drive revenue while maintaining university policies and guidelines. Evening/weekend hours may be required; strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in collegiate athletics, NIL, sports marketing, sponsorships, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NCAA regulations related to NIL and intercollegiate athletics compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve a comprehensive NIL strategy aligned with university goals.
• Lead day-to-day management of Quinnipiac’s NIL program.
• Identify and manage relationships with brands, corporate partners, alumni, donors, and NIL platforms.
• Negotiate, structure, and fulfill NIL agreements in collaboration with university stakeholders.
• Build a pipeline of NIL partners and track outreach, activations, revenue, and results.
• Develop NIL education and programming for student-athletes, including branding and financial literacy.
