Job summary

Colgate University seeks a Director of Athletics Eligibility & Institutional Services to lead the NCAA compliance program for Athletics Eligibility and to provide coordinated support for student-athlete academic services. The role collaborates with campus partners to ensure compliance with NCAA and institutional policies while promoting student-athlete success.

The position also manages NIL policy oversight, disciplinary protocols, and Title IX-related matters, reporting to senior athletics

Qualifications

• Two or more years of NCAA collegiate athletics experience in a student-athlete support area (e.g., compliance, student-athlete academic support).
• Experience with NCAA DI eligibility matters and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NCAA compliance program related to Athletics Eligibility (Bylaws 12 & 14).
• Advise on NCAA eligibility rules and academic policies impacting eligibility and graduation progress.
• Submit NCAA reports (APR, GSR) accurately and timely.
