Job summary

Quinnipiac University seeks an Associate Athletic Director of NIL Strategy to lead a comprehensive NIL program, aligning with Athletics and Advancement goals. You will collaborate across departments to maximize opportunities for student-athletes.

The role requires negotiation, relationship-building, and program management with NCAA compliance in mind; evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collegiate athletics, NIL, sports marketing, sponsorships, corporate partnerships, athlete relations, business development, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of NCAA regulations related to NIL and intercollegiate athletics compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, provide customer service, and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve an institution-wide NIL strategy aligned with University goals.
• Lead day-to-day management of Quinnipiac's NIL program as Athletics lead.
• Identify and secure NIL revenue opportunities through partnerships, events, and campaigns.
