Job summary

The NIL Operations Director at University of Minnesota will support daily NIL activities, onboarding student‑athletes, and tracking activations, payments, and reporting requirements. You will ensure data flow between athletes, the department, and external platforms remains compliant and collaborate with campus and non-campus partners to build a comprehensive NIL program.

Responsibilities

• Liaison support for Gopher Sports Properties and Dinkytown Athletes to gather student-athlete info for activations.
• Participate in NIL planning strategy sessions to maximize athlete NIL revenue.
• Assist in onboarding student-athletes on NIL marketplaces (e.g., INFLCR) and related platforms.
• Serve as first point of contact for student-athlete inquiries on payment status and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for team education sessions with L.I.N.K. staff and external resources.
