Job summary

Learfield IMG College seeks a Content Producer to develop NIL content at the University of Texas at Austin. You will work with athletic departments, student athletes, and brands to ideate, create, and execute engaging content across video, audio, graphics, and live streams.

The role requires 4+ years in sports/entertainment content, strong design and editing skills, and ability to manage multiple formats and channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sports or entertainment content creation (writing, producing, directing, editing)
• Advanced proficiency in graphic and motion design, photography, and video production across formats
• Excellent communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders
• Experience producing content for multiple social platforms with best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of NIL content across multimedia formats and platforms
• Collaborate with athletic departments and sponsors to deliver NIL content aligning with brand voice
• Develop NIL content best practices across creative, production, distribution, and athlete relations
• Generate ideas for brand integration NIL video series and attend client pitches as needed
• Build trust with student athletes and set them up for success across NIL executions
• Assist in Learfield live-action shoots and revenue-driving social activations locally
• Contribute to research, pre-production, production, post-production, distribution, and analysis
• Serve as liaison between athletic department content team and sales teams
• Utilize data and trends to shape NIL content strategy
• Share best practices on-campus for student athletes
• Create pre-sale content presentations with estimated performance and distribution strategy
• Track and present campaign performance to partners and leadership
