Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years federal acquisition experience.
• Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH/HHS.
• US Citizen and ability to pass background check.
• Experience with NIH reporting tools and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development.
• Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations.
• Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations.
• Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance and support process improvements.
