Job summary

Asurgent Health Addiction Treatment Center in Ohio is seeking an Overnight Tech for our sober living house. You will help ensure safety, security, and well-being during nighttime hours, providing support to residents as they work toward sobriety and recovery in a structured environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring during the night, conducting rounds, responding to emergencies, administering basic first aid or CPR, and documenting incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; psychology/social work background a plus.
• Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to stay calm and composed during emergencies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility during overnight hours to ensure safety and security of residents.
• Provide emotional support and assist residents in accessing resources as needed.
• Enforce house rules and document incidents in accordance with procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, perform basic first aid/CPR, coordinate with emergency services.
• Maintain clear, thorough communication with staff and document shift activities.
