Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be on-site whenever residents are present to ensure rules are followed.
• Assist residents with questions or additional support needs and address grievances.
• Respond to incidents, document actions, and enforce house rules consistently.
• Enforce the Code of Conduct and maintain a safe, substance-free environment.
• Conduct regular on-site presence during resident hours, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Model recovery principles and supportive, respectful behavior.
• Coordinate with the Recovery House Manager as required.
