Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous guest service during late-night hours. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, document any pre-existing damage, and uphold safety and uniform standards to reflect the hotel and company policies.

The role requires punctual arrival, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic overnight environment while maintaining a clean valet station and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Pass background check; no more than three moving violations in the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs overnight.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the lot during the night and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station and uniform.
• Record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Provide outstanding guest service with professionalism.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies.
• Support teammates and help with additional tasks.
• Assist with other daily operations as needed.
