Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to meet store objectives.
• Drive store financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to Walmart service standards.
