Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-driven leader in Findlay, OH to supervise store operations and develop teams across merchandising, customer service, and community outreach. You will guide associates, implement training, and leverage data to improve performance while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive work environment.

The role focuses on leading through OBW principles, driving sales, managing budgets, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance: review PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and support community outreach and store initiatives.
