Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH) license required (or in process).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required; if not present, obtain within 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes and assist with plan of care under RN supervision.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and daily activities to support patient comfort.
• Document care provided, vital signs, intake/output and equipment used.
• Maintain safe environment and ensure readiness of patient-care equipment.
• Communicate clearly with RN/Charge Nurse and other departments about patient needs.
