Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy per physician orders.
• Performs Nursing Assessments at admission, shift changes, and with condition changes.
• Develops and updates Plans of Care with expected outcomes.
• Documents all flowsheets, MAR, care plans and evaluations accurately.
• Educates patient and family; coordinates discharge planning with Case Manager.
