Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes and assists with care as directed.
• Maintains clean, organized patient rooms and assists with meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Documents care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and nursing staff; collaborates with RN.
