Qualifications

• Requires High School or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes.
• Take vitals, daily weight, intake/output.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, ambulation, and mobility.
• Document care provided including vital signs and I/O.
• Communicate plan of care to patient and RN, follow communication protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment and equipment.
