Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses and plans patient care with nursing staff.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy where certified.
• Maintains documentation and participates in shift handoffs and codes as needed.
• Attends staff meetings and adheres to policies to ensure quality care.
• Collaborates with health care team to provide compassionate patient care.
