Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administers medications per protocols, including IV therapy if certified.
• Counts controlled substances at shift start and maintains safety.
• Assists in procedures, supports nutrition planning, and documents nursing encounters.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
