Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Nightshift 3x12 to join our Nursing Department. The role focuses on direct patient care under the supervision of RNs, including medication administration and treatment program implementation.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current LPN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current LPN licensure in the employment state; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administer medications and conduct IV therapy as certified.
• Assist in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicate with the care team.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
