Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
Work both independently and with a team.
Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, and thank them at the end of every transaction.
Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
Operate powered equipment if certified while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
Follow safety policies and report hazards.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and drive up duties.
