Brookdale Nashville is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide dementia-focused care in a resident-centered environment. You will follow individual service plans, support activities of daily living, and help residents engage meaningfully in daily and social activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s type.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide dementia care including ADL, meaningful engagement, and following a person-centered service plan.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Maintain resident records and report health or behavior changes.
