Brookdale is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in a dementia care setting. You will help with daily activities, meal assistance, and maintain a safe, respectful environment aligned with individual care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting care, monitoring residents’ health, and promoting independence through person-centered activities. A high school diploma or GED is expected, with related experience preferred.

• Provide dementia care including activities of daily living per individual service plan.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming and mobility while promoting independence.
• Maintain residents' records and report changes in health or condition to supervisors.
