Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or >4 years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment with HS diploma.
Preferred: degree in Engineering, basic sciences, or business-related disciplines.
Experience leading others and working with GMP/HACCP concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-line teams on one shift to convert materials into quality products safely.
Implement continuous improvement and Mars Supply Excellence pillars.
Coach operators and drive safety, food safety, and quality goals.
Coordinate materials, staffing, and resources for line operations.
Enforce standards, manage training, and develop associates’ capabilities.
Engage with Area Leadership to deliver reliability strategies.
