Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will use a trash tote or cart, log activity in the company app, and transport waste to on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.

No prior experience required; training is provided. Must own an open-bed pickup truck, have a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
Utilize Butler Plus’s cutting-edge field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager for a streamlined workflow.
Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.
Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Own an open bed pickup truck and possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
