Job summary

Butler Plus seeks a reliable team member to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collections in multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck or cart to collect bagged waste while following our app-based workflow and safety guidelines.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Own an open bed pickup truck.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection is completed on service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each doorstep.
• Utilize the field app for timekeeping, check-ins, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional tasks such as porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleaning as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
