Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will use a company-provided app for check-in/out and reporting, and transport waste to on-site dumpsters or chutes.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role is part-time with evenings hours, offering growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Use the provided tote/cart to collect bagged trash from residents.
• Operate the field app for timekeeping and reporting.
• Safely transport trash to dumpsters or chutes on-site.
• Perform additional duties such as porter services and light cleaning.
