Qualifications

Minimum 1 year security experience in high-volume, upscale F&B or nightclub.
Must pass Big Night Entertainment Group background check.
TIPS or equivalent Alcohol Certification preferred/required if selected.
Neat, professional appearance with effective communication.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand long hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
Proven de-escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide fast, friendly service.
Check guest identifications accurately.
Enforce dress code policies consistently.
Monitor alcohol service and intervene per guidelines.
Represent Big Night Entertainment Group positively.
Handle incidents quickly, safely, and efficiently.
De-escalate conflicts and ensure guest and staff safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
