Qualifications

• At least 1 year security experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment and/or nightclub.
• Must pass Big Night Entertainment Group's background check requirements.
• Valid TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification is required.
• Must complete Massachusetts State Gaming Commission license process before start.
• Neat, professional appearance; effective communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide fast, friendly service.
• Accurately check guest identifications.
• Enforce dress code procedures.
• Monitor alcohol service and intervene per guidelines.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group professionally.
• Handle situations quickly, efficiently and safely.
• Diffuse difficult situations and ensure safety of guests and staff.
