Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge and nightlife operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead bartenders, barbacks, servers, hosts, security and lounge staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and appearance standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings outlining nightly events, VIP bookings and priorities.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, guest-focused environment.
• Monitor guest service and promptly address issues.
• Adjust staffing based on business volume and labor controls.
• Assist with employee scheduling to balance coverage.
• Verify accurate clock-in/out and timekeeping adherence.
• Monitor sales, discounts, and cash handling with proper approvals.
• Protect assets and assist with cash closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory, liquor usage and waste control.
• Maintain open communication with General Manager and leadership.
