Club 390 - South Suburbs of Chicago, an upscale gentlemen's club, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day club operations and deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for guests.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest engagement, and teamwork with servers, bartenders, entertainers, and management. College degree is not required, with salary expectations of $60,000–$70,000 per year including incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management of club operations during shifts.
• Deliver excellent hospitality and customer service.
• Interact with guests and build relationships with repeat customers.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, floor staff, and entertainers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and presentation.
• Learn Club 390 POS and management systems.
• Assist with cash controls and shift close-out reporting.
• Support VIP and revenue-producing areas of the club.
• Contribute to customer-retention and promotional initiatives.
