Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, AZ is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker to supervise and support female youth in a residential program. The role emphasizes safety, routine, and mentorship, with de-escalation training and teamwork to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth in a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up.
• Build positive relationships as a mentor and role model.
• Respond professionally to challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques.
• Work with the team to provide consistent care and support.

Desert Lily Academy (DLA) is a residential treatment program providing female-specific programming in a normalized, trauma-informed setting that promotes learning, growth and positive change. Desert Lily offers an eclectic blend of academic, vocational, and extracurricular opportunities. Through innovative program elements and a model designed to address the unique needs of our young women, Desert Lily helps youth build bright and meaningful futures for themselves and their community.

Pay: $17.91 an hour

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

What You'll Do:

Available Shifts:

A Shift: Sunday to Every Other Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
B Shift: Every Other Wednesday to Saturday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
