Rite of Passage is seeking a Night Youth Care Worker for Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. You will supervise and support female youths in a safe, structured environment, building trust and providing mentorship during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities include routine room checks, assisting with meals, hygiene, recreation and wake-up routines, and de-escalation of challenging behaviors. This role offers growth opportunities within a mission-driven program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, physical exam and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support youth in a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime and morning wake-up.
• Build positive relationships while serving as a mentor and role model.
• Respond professionally to challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide consistent care and support.
