Rite of Passage’s Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, AZ is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker to supervise and mentor youth in a safe, structured residential program.

The role includes room checks, meals and routines, and implementing de-escalation techniques, with opportunities for growth. Pay is $17.91 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth in a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up.
• Build positive relationships while serving as a mentor and role model.
• Respond professionally to challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide consistent care and support.
