Rite of Passage's Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Youth Care Worker to support female-focused programming in a residential setting. The role offers roughly 24 hours per week on the C-Shift and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise youth, uphold safety and program expectations, assist with daily routines, and mentor students while maintaining professional boundaries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Part-Time Youth Care Worker

Join Our Dynamic Rite of Passage Team as a Part-Time Youth Care Worker at Desert Lily Academy in Queen Creek, AZ, a community rooted in a rich agricultural history and known for cultivating growth both in its fields and in the lives of youth by fostering positive change and empowerment.

Desert Lily Academy (DLA) is a residential treatment program providing female-specific programming in a normalized, trauma-informed setting that promotes learning, growth and positive change. Desert Lily offers an eclectic blend of academic, vocational, and extracurricular opportunities. Through innovative program elements and a model designed to address the unique needs of our young women, Desert Lily helps youth build bright and meaningful futures for themselves and their community.

Pay

$17.91 per hour

$1,000 sign-on bonus

Part-Time Schedule

This is a permanent part-time position working approximately 24 hours per week on the C-Shift.

The specific days and hours of the shift will be determined based on program needs and may be subject to change.

What You'll Do

Ability to work the assigned C-Shift schedule and fulfill approximately 24 hours per week.
