Position involves 12-hour shifts with a 3.5-day workweek; compensation is $19.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k match after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass criminal background check, drug, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
• Address the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through mentoring and skill development.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities; participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
