Rite of Passage Brand in Jacksonville is seeking a Youth Care Worker (Coach Counselor) to create a safe and supportive environment for boys at Jacksonville Youth Academy. In this on-call position, you will provide direct safety and security, mentorship, and assist in meeting the personal and developmental needs of each youth.
A qualified candidate should be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be prepared to pass a background check and medical tests. The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth while making a meaningful impact on young lives.
Jacksonville Youth Academy is a 24‑bed, all‑boys program. Our center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential.
