Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker at The Duval Academy in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on in-person safety, mentoring, and supporting daily needs for an all-boys program.

You will document behaviors, participate in educational and recreational activities, and collaborate with staff to meet each youth’s treatment plan. The schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts with overtime and a $1000 training bonus.
