Job summary

Springside Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) for Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM to 7 PM. You will lead weekend nursing staff and oversee admissions and discharges.

The role requires MA RN or LPN license with CPR, 2 years clinical nursing experience (1 year in long-term care preferred), supervision and teaching abilities, and computer skills. We offer weekly pay, low-cost benefits, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and

• Must possess valid unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; minimum one year in long-term care preferred.

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)

• Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
