Job summary

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated staff. The role includes providing patient care, taking vital signs, and charting accurately within a sub-acute/long-term care setting.

We offer part-time and full/part-time shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a) with competitive hourly pay of $40-45.50 plus $1-4 shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits such as vacation, weekly pay, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse license is required.
• Clinical experience in sub-acute and/or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
• Plan and manage patient care according to individual needs.
• Provide routine nursing care for patients.
• Observe patients' health and report changes.
