Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents’ daily medication needs with compassion and dignity. The role emphasizes direct resident care and leadership on shift, with a focus on the Bickford mission and quality of life for seniors.

Shifts are 7pm–7am. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and benefits are available based on employment status, including daily pay and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Proven communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and facility policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
