Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and medication administration with compassion and dignity. This role ensures residents receive their medications accurately, while modeling leadership and the Bickford Mission on shift.

The position offers multiple schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) with benefits varying by status, daily pay, and 401(k) with employer match. Candidates should hold an active LPN/RN license and CPR/First Aid, ready for state-required

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to learn or use the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Willingness to undergo required state trainings.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission 'Whatever it Takes' on shift.
