Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to ensure residents have timely access to their daily medications, while upholding dignity and compassion. The role emphasizes adherence to MAR, regulatory standards, and collaboration with the clinical leadership to support high-quality care.

As part of the team, you will lead on shift responsibilities, maintain strong communication with care staff, and contribute to the mission of enriching residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Active license as LPN or RN in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Organizational and time management skills needed.
• Ability to utilize eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and company policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on resident medications.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Demonstrate Bickford's mission on shift.
