Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care, ensuring daily medication needs are met with compassion and dignity. You will lead on-shift staff and uphold Bickford’s mission, “Whatever it Takes,” while delivering high-quality care in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to learn and use the eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six rights of medication administration and internal policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for medication-related guidance.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff when appropriate.
• Model the Bickford Mission in daily shift leadership.
