Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and meet daily medication needs with compassion and respect for dignity. This role emphasizes accurate MAR adherence, communication with clinical leadership, and effective supervision of non-licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to utilize or learn Bickford’s eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Adhere to the Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Lead on shift and demonstrate the Bickford Mission in daily practice.
