Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Premium for the Medical Critical Care Stepdown Unit. This full‑time role requires weekend nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with a sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN; if ADN, plan BSN within 5 years.
• 1 year of RN experience in critical care units.
• Current BLS and ACLS; Virginia RN license or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care across the care continuum.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate services for transitions.
• Document all care activities adhering to standards.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
• Support clinical decision making and team development.
