Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a Security Guard for nights and weekends to protect patients, staff and facilities.

Under general supervision, you’ll perform patrols, respond to alarms, monitor CCTV, log incidents, and assist with life-safety drills and investigations. The ideal candidate holds a Texas Private Security Level II license or higher, a high school diploma, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with good character and clean record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas driver license with clean record.
• Either Texas Peace Officers License or Private Security License required and renewals maintained.

Responsibilities

• Respond to radio/pager/phone requests.
• Respond to emergency calls for assistance.
• Monitor CCTV and assist with Life Safety programs.
• Enforce parking and non-smoking policies and document incidents.
